My new jerky recipe book is now available!

I have spent the last year making and testing recipes to feature in my now available book. With dozens of new recipes, you are sure to find a favorite jerky to enjoy and share with your friends and family (if they are lucky).

Breaking down how to choose the right meat, slice that meat, and great recipes to try, this book has it all! It makes a great present as well as a fantastic addition to anyone’s bookshelf. Heck, with that great looking cover, you can keep this bad boy out on the coffee table as art! Okay, maybe i’m a little biased on how great the cover looks… Ha.

Hoping to get the book out in early November, many revisions and making sure the book was as good as I could get it took priority and pushed back the release date. Therefor, late December will have to do. Better late than never!
