There has been some concern about interest in a magazine dedicated to jerky, jerky of all types. Not just jerky but all jerky related products. We believe that people that love beef jerky are interested in all jerky on the market. They say variety is the spice of life and we would like to provide you with all the options available in jerky.
Our goal, between this website and the magazine is to bring you all you could ever want and need in the jerky industry.
