About Us:
“We were first established in 2003 operating as Uncle Buck’s Smokehouse Jerky in west Edmonton selling Regular Beef Jerky to a small list of clientele. In 2005, we started selling at the Super flea Market on 111 Avenue. In early 2006, we set up at the second 50 Street Market location. We introduced Teriyaki and BBQ Pepper flavours in 2007 as we started selling in more markets, trade shows, special events, and large events including K-Days, Rodeo, and Farm Fair. Many of the Taber Corn trucks were also carrying our Jerky”.
