About Us:
Shiners Stash was created by Chef Swen, to use his culinary skills to offer high-quality beef and wild game jerky. Who is Chef Swen, you may ask? Well, he is a distinguished Executive Chef who began his career as a cook in the Army. Spanning the many years of his successful corporate chef career, he worked with airlines, universities, and professional NHL, NFL, and MLB teams.
However, he always knew he eventually wanted to do something a little different. So, when opportunity knocked, he answered the door. He decided to leave his corporate career to start Shiners Stash Jerky, and he never looked back.
Of course, he is still The Chef in his own right, creating delicious, quality beef jerky from 100% Prime Beef Eye-Round and Pork. In addition to his beef, pork, bacon, and chicken jerky, he also offers to turn your wild game into fresh jerky for individual consumption.
