When arriving to San Diego from the East Coast 8 years ago, I started a search for the best tasting beef jerky in America’s Finest City. It didn’t take long to realize that there was a dire need for great tasting, tender jerky snacks. My search, however, did lead to meeting a girl who shared a mutual love of beef jerky. The stars aligned, and together we came up with a plan to fulfill the needs of the jerky lovers of San Diego. Jerky’s Gourmet was born.
